About Northam Zondereinde:

Northam Zondereinde is an established platinum group metal (PGM) mine in the Limpopo province which produces some 280 000 PGM ounces annually. The mine is the home of pioneering technology and innovation, both in the underground workings and at its world-class metallurgical infrastructure. Zondereinde is situated some 40 km from Thabazimbi, in close proximity to the naturally scenic Pilanesberg and Waterberg Reserve.

About Artisan Learnership:

In line with our approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Northam Platinum, Zondereinde Mine is looking to award Artisan Learnerships to enable students to successfully obtain their trades.

Northam Zondereinde Mine: Artisan Learnership Will Be Offered In The Following Engineering Disciplines:

  • Boilermaking
  • Electrical
  • Fitting
  • Instrumentation

Minimum Requirements:

Successful candidates must have successfully completed an N2 certificate in the mentioned disciplines.

Required documents:

  • A certified South African Identity Document (SA Citizen by birth)
  • Brief Curriculum Vitae
  • Proof of residence
  • Must be medically fit
