EThekwini Municipality: Bursary 2021
The EThekwini Municipality hereby invites interested persons to apply for bursaries for 2021 academic year. The bursary will fund the following study fields:
- BSc/ BEng: Civil
- BSc/ BEng: Electrical
- BSc/ BEng: Electrical (Heavy Current)
- BSc/ BEng: Electronic
- BSc/ BEng: Chemical Engineering
- BSc in Property Development
- BSc in Computer Science
- BSc Environmental Science/Conservation Biology/Ecology
Requirments:
- Applicants must satisfy the following minimum set criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered)
- South African citizen
- Completed Matric OR currently in Matric
- Strong academic record
- Studying or plan to study full-time towards an undergraduate qualification in one of the above- mentioned fields of study
- Studying or plan to study at a recognized South African public tertiary institution
- Accepted to study for any of the above qualifications

How to apply:

Step 1: Log onto www.durban.gov.za , click on e-Careers Work Experience Programme/Bursary. Ensure that you choose the correct website.
Step 2: Create a User Profile by clicking on Create Account.
Step 3: Once your profile has been created on the system, you will receive an email confirming that you have successfully registered.
Step 4: Once logged in, you may complete and submit your application
Step 5: Ensure that all fields are populated
Step 6: Once you have submitted an application, an email acknowledging your application will be sent to your inbox, so ensure you have a valid e-mail address
