Introduction:

  • A Senior Specialist (Lead Generation) is required to assist the company execute the diversification strategy of leads generation from building new channels and platforms in-house to reduce reliance on agencies and external suppliers.
  • Someone who demonstrates sound digital online knowledge of Search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, online advertising, partnerships, PR, social media in order to generate leads.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads at the lowest possible cost per lead across multiple platforms and collaboration with multiple team.

Specification

Leads Generation:

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly leads generation across platforms.
  • Drive down cost per lead across all internal leads generation platforms, including Digital platforms.
  • Responsible for the writing and proposal of social media leads generation content and must liaise with PR and Brand.
  • Create and propose Direct marketing material.
  • Social media management with the sole purpose to generate leads.
  • Create marketing plans for internal cross selling and upselling.
  • Work in conjunction with the Data Analyst in order to provide analysis on leads.
  • Proficiency in the use of query and reporting analysis tools advantages but not a requirement (SQL).

Reporting:

  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop new reports to address changing business needs.
  • Utilizing all reporting platforms to create reports.
  • Reconciling monthly spend and lead channels.
  • Load and pay all leads invoices.

Analysis and Recommendations:

  • Analyse all reporting and provide insight into the results.
  • Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes to business functions.
  • Conduct possible research relating to leads processes and practices, including new vendors/products.

Ad-hoc:

  • Assist with all ad hoc requests (admin and follow ups).

Senior Specialist (Lead Generation) Requirements

Formal Education:

  • Degree in marketing and/or communications.

Technical / Legal Certification:

  • Microsoft Office suite proficient (Basic Excel and Word).

Experience:

  • 2 years working experience with media scheduling and leads generation with the sole purpose of achieving direct results in the Funeral insurance space.
  • Experience in terms of driving down leads costs.
  • Experience in the Media Industry, especially across digital platforms.
  • Good knowledge of POPI and industry rules.

Knowledge:

  • Media scheduling and planning.
  • Leads generation advantages.

Skills:

  • Communication: Being able to communicate with teams of cross-departmental managers as well as external partners
  • Presentation skills: Being able to present planned schedules as well as results across all leads mediums.
