Job Description:

As the Travel and Expense Administrator you will be responsible for support on the SAP Concur System, credit card and cash advance administration, including:

  • SAP accounting reconciliations, SAP concur expenses and request support
  • Drive policy compliance, controls and governance checks whilst adhering to data privacy standards and policies
  • Maintain relationships with third party providers (bank and forex service providers) and business unit stakeholder correspondence

This role is in the Global Shared Services Finance Travel and Expense department at a Band 8 level reporting to the EMEA Travel and Expense Supervisor


  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Post Matric qualification in Travel and/or Expense


  • 2-3 years related Travel and/ or Expense experience
  • SAP, Concur and MS Office system experience is advantageous
  • Experience in a client facing environment
  • Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders
